Stay on Pro after the 90 days and you pay 50% less than the regular Pro price for as long as you stay subscribed.

What we ask

  • Set up one active project and invite the vendors you actually use.
  • Three 20-minute calls: at week 2, week 6 and week 12.
  • Honest feedback, including "this doesn't work for us."
  • Optional: let us quote you. We'll send you the exact words to approve first, or we won't use them.

Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Pro for 90 days, no card. If you don't stay on Pro, your account moves to the Free plan.
Do my vendors pay or need training?
No. They get an emailed link to the vendor portal and request a time slot. There's no app to download.
Does it replace Procore?
No. GateKeeper does delivery scheduling and works alongside whatever you use for everything else.
What happens to my data?
Your scheduling data belongs to you, and it stays in your account after the 90 days. The details are in our Privacy Policy. On Pro you can export any day's schedule to PDF.
