What does my vendor see?

The second request turns red the moment it lands. You see both, decide, and either approve anyway or move one. Nothing is silently blocked and nothing is silently double-booked.
Where do requests land?
One inbox across every project: new requests, proposals, reported delays. Open one, it takes you to that day on the calendar with the conflict check already run. Approve is one click.
Can the crane live on the same calendar?
Yes. Cranes, hoists and forklifts are resources with a capacity of one. A steel truck books the crane for its window, the reservation follows the delivery if it moves, and a second pick in the same window is flagged.
