What We Collect

Information You Provide

When you create a GateKeeper account, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your company name
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number)

When you use GateKeeper to schedule deliveries, we store:

• Project names and zone configurations
• Delivery schedules, bookings, and approvals
• Team member names and email addresses you add to your account
• Vendor names and contact information you add for coordination

Information Collected Automatically

• Basic usage analytics through Google Analytics (GA4), including pages visited, features used, and general device information
• Technical information like browser type and screen size, used to improve the product
• Advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel, which records page views and sign-up events on our website so we can measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram
• Error diagnostics through Sentry, including error details and, for a sample of sessions, a session replay of the page with text and input fields masked

GateKeeper Crew (Mobile App)

GateKeeper Crew stores all scheduling data locally on your device. The app does not require an account, does not transmit your data to our servers, and does not collect personal information. The only network request the app makes is for voice recognition, which uses your device's built-in speech-to-text service (typically Google's speech servers on Android). We do not receive, store, or process any audio data.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the GateKeeper service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, team invitations, booking notifications)
• Understand how the product is used so we can improve it
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your information to:

• Sell to third parties
• Send marketing emails unless you opt in
• Build advertising profiles
• Train AI models

Third-Party Services

We share limited information with the following services, only as needed to operate GateKeeper:

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them: Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Google Analytics, Meta, Sentry, Vercel.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure, which uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security policies so that each company's data is isolated — you can only access your own company's information.

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes (such as payment transaction records required by tax law).

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — you can view and export your scheduling data at any time through the application
• Correct your data — you can update your account information and project data directly
• Delete your data — contact us at support@gogatekeeper.com to request full account deletion
• Opt out of analytics and ad measurement — you can use browser extensions or settings to block Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel

If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.

Cookies

GateKeeper uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication (keeping you logged in), analytics cookies through Google Analytics, and advertising-measurement cookies through the Meta Pixel on our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Children's Privacy

GateKeeper is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the application. Minor wording changes may be made without notice.
